Applicants are required to demonstrate financial hardships by presenting documentation of emergency circumstances or unexpected expenditures in addition to financial records, unpaid lease agreements and/or utilities bill.

Whether you are currently serving, a veteran, or a military spouse, this comprehensive personal finance course addresses the unique challenges of military life. The program is designed to be self-paced, helping learners sharpen their skills through key topics to build, grow, and protect their finances. By the end of the course, learners will have a better command of their financial situation and strategies to confidently achieve their goals. 

The Command Your Cash® course is offered by The USAA Educational Foundation at no cost to students. The foundation believes financial literacy is an essential life skill and is committed to empowering the military community with the knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions.
